Haiz, den if i dun get the house next yr, i most prob will get it in 2008 or 2009, i know its not much a diff... but thinking tat I would be 23 by den, its also time to tik abt getting a house. If I get it in 09, den abt 2014 (29 yrs old) den i get the house lehz, would it be too late?
Ehz, dun wanna risk taking the walk-in flats coz mostly left 2nd or 3rd floor. Wanna get Resale but too ex, even after the 40K grant. Tik its abt at least 60K (ex renovation fees), adds up to abt 100K liaoz... soooooo ex.
Back to the topic, its onli a 2 yr diff between my decision to get a house. 2007 or 2009? The issue is... if i take it in 2009, den would I be like wasting of time and giving the Govt grant? By the way, the grant is for ppl with income less den a certain amt for the past 2 yrs. Coz now sheng still studying, so his income is limited... thus, its a good chance to get it. If wait to sheng finish skool, and start working, our monthly gross income will exceed the criteria for that grant. (other perks aside)
Sheng saw my blog n ask me how to let me believe tat he's the one.... I was stunt, i dunno how to ans. Our relationship is stable but wadever is stable might be unstable in the future, hu noes? Frankly speaking, Bao Bei... u r a v v v gd guy, i trust that u would bring me every happiness that you could give but.... something seems to be pulling me back. dun ask me wad?... i dunno... unknown force. -_-!!! It might be the feeling of lost as this is the biggest decision that I'm gonna make for the past 21 yrs of my life.
