Ehz, yesterday was so happy... I feel like a xing fu de xiao nu ren... we went for dinner den ton out whole nite. He gave me a bottle of "xiang xi dou" with slips inside... so sweet~~ : )
Juz now went call center to do inbound call roleplay...haha damn funny lor. Every1 acting there, den hor when juz started that tum, alot of us was confuse as there was no pop up screen that shows our cuistomer data. In the end, all the call agent end up reading from the scripts only, no need to update the cust. data. As for my first "cust", i tok until i dunno wad i tokin... den the cust listen till he also confused wif me. Den i ask him to call again lo, but the previous call is already recorded........ : p hehe, den hor the worst thing ish, Ms Koh is gonna to play the recordings to the whole CC2 next wk, die liaoz...
